Here are the best essential oils for your next growth oil formulation with brief descriptions. They can only be used at 1% of your whole bottle of growth oil i.e. if you have 100mls of growth oil and you want to add Rosemary essential oil, it should be at 1ml (1%).
Rosemary Oil: Enhances circulation to the scalp, leading to stronger, thicker hair over time. It helps stimulate hair follicles and prevents hair loss.
Peppermint Oil: Provides a refreshing cooling effect that invigorates the scalp, increasing blood flow to hair follicles and supporting new growth.
Lavender Oil: Known for its soothing properties, lavender balances sebum production and improves scalp health, promoting hair growth while calming irritation.
Tea Tree Oil: Cleanses the scalp by unblocking hair follicles and controlling excess oil and dandruff, thus creating an environment for healthy hair growth.
Eucalyptus Oil: Its anti-inflammatory properties soothe scalp conditions, reduce dryness, and help maintain overall hair and scalp health.
Cedarwood Oil: Regulates the scalp's oil production, strengthens hair strands, and may help reduce hair loss by improving follicle health.
How to Use Them: Dilute essential oils to a maximum of 3% in a carrier oil (around 3 drops per 5 ml). Massage into the scalp or mix into your shampoo. For best results, use consistently while monitoring for irritation by performing a patch test before use.
